Baylon, Martinez to receive Scoop awards (Sun Star)
JUDOKA John Baylon, a native of Binalbagan, Negros Occidental and female boxer Mitchel Martinez of Pulupandan will be recognized by the Sports Communicators Organization of the Philippines-Bacolod when the group honors Negros Occidental’s top athletes at 3 p.m. on Saturday, December 29 at the Casa Linda of Bascon Hotel in Bacolod City.
